In 2025, Aratek Biometrics partnered with Vietnam’s The Online Management Training Company (OMT) to implement a smart campus access and management system for INschool, a leading K–12 education institution. By deploying Aratek’s BA8300 facial recognition terminals integrated with OMT’s SchoolOnline platform, the project transformed how INschool manages campus security, attendance, and daily operations. The new system enabled rapid, contactless entry, real-time visibility, and centralized access control—enhancing both operational efficiency and the overall experience for over 4,000 students, parents, teachers, and staff. The successful deployment also reinforced INschool’s reputation as a forward-thinking institution committed to innovation and excellence in education.

8" Multifaceted Facial Recognition Terminal
In 2025, Aratek Biometrics partnered with Vietnam’s OMT to equip three INschool campuses with a smart school access and management solution. Aratek BA8300 facial recognition terminals were seamlessly integrated with OMT’s SchoolOnline smart school management system and installed on speed gates, enabling rapid, touch-free authentication at key entry points in just 0.3 seconds for students, parents, teachers, and staff. Leveraging its advanced design, the BA8300 combines Live Face Detection with tamper protection to block spoofing and interference, while its IP65-rated build ensures reliable outdoor performance in Vietnam’s humid, rainy climate.
The BA8300’s versatile interfaces and SDK let OMT integrate facial recognition into SchoolOnline without major rework, allowing fast deployment. With the new system in place, teachers and administrators can accurately track attendance and easily control access rights. Each authenticated entry triggers real-time updates to system dashboards and apps, confirming student arrivals and departures. In the canteen, facial authentication links each person to a single allocated meal, preventing duplicate claims and reducing waste. By combining the high-performance Aratek BA8300 with OMT’s robust school management system, INschool now runs a secure, efficient, and data-driven campus—enhancing safety and satisfaction for over 4,000 stakeholders.
