In 2023, Aratek Biometrics partnered with Zimbabwe’s TF Solutions to enhance human resource management at a leading hotel. The project focused on integrating Aratek’s BA8300 facial recognition terminals with TF Solutions’ customized HR software. Installed at the hotel’s staff entrance, the BA8300 provided secure access control and automated attendance tracking, reducing manual tasks and streamlining payroll management.
Thanks to the BA8300’s comprehensive SDK and API, integration with TF Solutions' software was seamless, without disrupting the hotel’s daily operations. The terminal’s high-accuracy facial recognition, combined with multi-factor authentication options like fingerprint scanning, RFID cards, and QR code reading, effectively restricted access to authorized personnel only and eliminated issues such as "buddy punching.” Additionally, the terminal’s Live Face Detection and tamper protection features further ensured reliability and security. Its IP65-rated design ensured consistent performance, even in challenging environmental conditions, while the user-friendly interface ensured a smooth transition for the hotel staff.
