Aratek Biometrics recently announced its participation in Expo Seguridad in Mexico, the largest and most important security and identity trade show in Latin America.
The digital identity market leader is set to spotlight its face recognition solutions BA8200-T and BA8300, both powered by its proprietary TruFace software.
“Access control is critical in public health, as the pandemic has made us all aware. We hope to show the LatAm market how Aratek’s contactless access control solutions such as the BA8200-T and the BA8300 will be a fixture in the efforts to keep another deadly outbreak from happening,” said Samuel Wu, Aratek’s VP for International Business.
Also headlining Aratek’s booth is the Marshall 5 biometric handheld terminal and the Marshall 8 biometric tablet with multi-factor authentication capabilities designed to support field work for as border security, national ID, voter registration and financial inclusion projects.

Aratek is also launching in the LatAm market its new offering TrustDMS, an all-in-one platform that allows users to easily configure, manage, and secure Aratek mobile devices whether onsite or remotely.
The “de facto command and control center” is designed to manage digital identity remotely while ensuring data security in real-time, according to Wu. Aratek is also exhibiting TrustIVS, the Intelligent video surveillance to easily detect, identify & classify threats.
“This event is the perfect springboard for Aratek’s intensified push in LatAm,” Wu said, adding that Expo Seguridad has “consistently been able to gather security professionals and end users together in one roof to discuss ideas and witness state-of-the-art equipment and systems in action.”
